I adore this next shot.  Lauren looks so delicate and gorgeous next to Phil, no one even minded the light drizzle outside.  I just couldn’t wait to share a few shots from their ceremony too.  I love Phil’s expression as we watched his bride walk down the aisle.

Super Bailey!Bailey was happily exhausted by the end of our session…there had been so many smells and baby goats to chase!  When his dad picked him up to walk to the car, this was our last glimpse of him.  Love it! 

I find this next shot adorable.  Nikki sat down gracefully at the piano and began playing fur elise…Josh immediately launched into a fantastic version of chop sticks I’m in LOVE with this next shot…Josh surprised Nikki with a sign on the Fox Theater Marquee for their wedding…massive brownie points for him!!  And I’m also going to give myself a couple points for not blowing the surprise early (Jon can tell you this is no small feat, I’m HORRIBLE with secrets).

Joanne looking gorgeously calm as she got ready.I ADORE the expression on Joanne’s father’s face when he saw her for the first time.Jon and I both loved their little flower girl (and ring bearer too!).  Sure, we’re partial to little ones, but they were extra extra cute!The beautiful bride…Joanne looked amazing!The bridal party had to hang out in a small cement stairwell while we waited for the rest of the wedding party to make their way down the aisle of the church.  Joanne and her dad kept making each other giggle and I’m so happy I was able to catch this shot.  It’s now one of my favorites from the day. Mike and their fantastically large wedding party waiting for the beautiful bride to make her way down the aisle.I just had to snag a few of the posed individual wedding party photos to share on the blog, they were just too fun!The newly married couple!  The wedding party’s mode of transport was a sweet old fashioned school bus.  Completely awesome (and begging for a photo) After Joanne and Mike arrived at the Payne Corley House for their reception, Mike and his groomsmen changed into faux tie t-shirts.  Loved it!Everywhere you turned, there were ADORABLE little kids smiling back at you!  We had so much fun taking all their pictures!  (And see what I mean about their sweet little ring bearer…look at his matching suit and bow tie!!)Mike warned us that his family loved everything about pictures…loved taking them, loved being in them.  Boy he wasn’t kidding!The winners of their anniversary dance were as cute as could be!Those who attending the wedding will appreciate this next shot Joanne’s siblings performed a “song” for their little sister, it was hilarious!As the evening set in, the guys headed out to enjoy some celebratory cigars.  It was a gorgeous spring evening.

Major doggie points for Bailey, who was a super star the entire time!  We’re not going to even mention the bit about him chasing after a goat…I mean, seriously, who can resist a goat?! Out of all the photos, this next one might be my favorite.  It makes me smile every time I see it

As always, it was ~physically~ painful to not be able to post these images until after their wedding so yay for me not spoiling any surprises   It’s images like this first one that also make me love my sweet husband, Jon, even harder…oh how I love his photography!

Katie added her great grandmother’s rosary to her bouquet for the perfect vintage and personal touch.

Joanne’s dress and flower were stunning.  She was such a beautiful bride.Look at this gorgeous church!  Mike’s blue and white suit and awesome green bow tie perfectly accented Joanne’s bright floral bouquet.  Excellent choice for their Spring wedding!
